Application Overview

The Bizweaver application is a set of tools used to automate data acquisition, data manipulation, file management activities, as-well-as providing data integration into SAP Business One. The various tools provided by Bizweaver are linked together as a set of sequential steps called a workflow.

The home screen consists of seven areas.

Menu Bar

The Menu Bar provides access to various Bizweaver options and tools used to manage the application.

View

Workflow Schedules: This will display all active and scheduled workflows and any associated information to the workflow and schedule.

Triggers: This will display all triggers and the trigger request queue.

Tools

Advanced

Register Assembly: Used only when specific tools need updating.

Restart SAP Business One DI Server service: This is only used when Bizweaver is used with SAP Business One.

Filters

Filter: The filter button allows you to filter in the current folder on any selected options.

Folders Pane

The Folder Pane provides the ability to create/store workflows in folders. These groupings are for organizational convenience only and do not affect the use of the application.

All Workflows: will display all workflows regardless of folder they are stored in. On importing and saving, a workflow will be stored in this folder by default.

There are two “panes”; the Folder pane (on the left) and the Workflow list pane (on the right). The Workflow pane presents the contents of the folder selected in the Folder pane. To add a new folder:

Workflow List Pane

The Workflow List pane displays a list of workflows in the folder selected in the Folder pane.

Task Counter

As noted earlier, your license controls the number of active (enabled) tasks you may have. The right-hand number indicates the number of licensed workflows. The left-hand number indicates the number of workflows that are currently enabled.
