Unable to perform payment on accound. Payment on BP works

No credit cards appear in payment means menu

Credit Card Version 88.2.3.121 broke this functionality and it affects version 124 as well

When doing an incoming payment the user select account and fills in the rest of the necessary information and then clicks on the paymet means icon and the window opens up and then when you select choose card no credit cards are displayed. You will need to upgrade to version 136 or later.
