Credit Card swipe configuration does not save.

On terminal server credit card configuration is entered but when client logs in again the configuration is gone.

Client may not have admin rights to machinine or file is getting saved to wrong location

The credit card swipe configuration gets saved to a file called CC_ReaderDevicePath.xml in the Documents\TWBS\TWBS Credit Card Processing folder. If the file is not there that is why it is prompting to reinstall every time you log in. It is possible that the user does not have admin rights to the folder for it to be created. Another scenario is that it is writing to that location on the local machine and not the TS. In that case you could copy the file from the local machine to the location on the TS.
