The process cannot access the %My Documents%/CrystalWave.LOG because it is being used by another process

Get the message when Add On connects to CrystalWave

Some connection to the My Documents folder was not closed properly

Fix at one workstation was to Unmap all mapped drives and make sure the none of the Unmapped drives have a status Disconnected. Make sure all the Disconnected drives are completely Unmapped
