Error when copying ot return from RMA

Failed to fille Item Description field in Sales Return matrix. Please make sure that the column is visible and active

Data corruption

Try entering the ittem number into a sales order and see if the item description shows up. If it does not you may have to perform a restore. You may need to contact SAP to resolve.
