FedEx orders not transferring into B1

Information appears in response table but not tranferring to B1

Incorrect DB name or Void indicator needs to be altered.

When building the map from SAP to Fedex, we recommend mapping the SAP Database Name (“DB”) to the Shipment ID field in Fedex. Then when mapping back from Fedex back to SAP, the field Shipment ID will be mapped to the Database field in the TWBS_SBO-Common database - TWBS_UPS_Response table. When this is validated, review the TWBS_UPS_Response table. Newly entered records should show the correct SAP DB Name.

In addiition, when mapping back to the TWBS_UPS_Response table, check the Void_Ind field. The void indicator for those shipments shuold be N. If the field is not being set to `N` for new records, a SQL trigger can be build in the DB to set it to N for inserted records.
