When reinstalling XL Reporter, please follow the steps below :

1. Disable any anti-virus/firewall. 2. Ensure the user is local administrator. 3. Uninstall Microsoft Office. 4. Delete Microsoft Office folder, for example, C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office. 5. Go to Add/Remove program, and uninstall SAP Business One Client. 6. Delete all the files in SAP Business One Client installation folder, for example, C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One. 7. Open Start menu and go to Run→type “%temp%” and press ENTER, delete all the files in this temp folder. 8. Download attached file “Registry Cleaner Deluxe.zip” and extract it to a local folder. 9. Run “IXRegistryCleaner.exe” in this folder, it would be better to run it as administrator. 10. In the tool screen, click button “XLR-objects” on the left side, and tick all the boxes under “Client objects” on the right side, then press OK. 11. Wait for the search function to finish, then a list of all related registry keys will be listed in the “Output” tree box on the left side. 12. Delete all nodes beginning with letters “IX” and the node “ReportComposer.IXReportComposer”. (to delete a node, simply click on it and press ‘Del’ key on the keyboard and confirm the message box) 13. Expand nodes “CLSID”, “Interface”, and “TypeLib”, and delete all sub nodes under them. (do NOT delete these 3 nodes!) 14. Uninstall the .NET framework from the workstation. 15. Restart the workstation. 16. Install Microsoft Office. 17. Install the .NET framework. 18. Install SAP Business One Client and XL Reporter. 19. Redirect XL Reporter to use .Net 1.1 as per SAP Note 918188.
