Outlook Primary Interop Assemblies(PIA) is not installed

The reason for this error message is that CrystalWave is looking for a component called Outlook Primary Interop Assemblies(PIA). Depending on the version Of Outlook, please download accordingly

Once you downloaded the file, do the following

1) Run the downloaded exe files and extract the setup files to a location on the local drive 2) Then go to the extracted folder, and run the .msi installation file. 3) Restart the workstation 4) Then do a CrystalWave Email Delivery to confirm the problem is fixed
