Credit Card Menu does not show up in Banking>Incoming Payment Module

User does not have rights to the C:\Program Files(86)\SAP\SAP Business One\AddOns\TWBS\Third Wave Credit Card Processing\XML directory

User needs to be granted full control access rights to the SAP directory and all child objects.
