To help troubleshooting the issue, please go through next steps: - SAP note 1583117 - Choose company list is empty in MS Windows Vista,7,2008 - make sure SQL Server Native Client is installed on the server - make sure that window user account has #administrator#privileges, and run SAP Business One Client using #Run as administrator# on the server - make sure antivirus is disabled on the server - make sure firewall is disabled on the server and following ports are open for TCP and UDP on both SQL Server and Terminal Server/Client: 1433, 1434, 30000, 30001, 30010 - make sure that SAP Business One SLD Service is running, stop and start it again. (Windows > Administrative Task > Services) - make sure that the SQL server is selected and company databases are listed in the Service Landscape Directory website. (SAP Business One Service Manager > License Manager > Settings > Configure Secu rity > b1siteuser Login). - clean b1-current-user.xml and b1-local-machine.xml on the server as per SAPnote 868000 - disable IE ESC on the server, which may cause problems in the future: 1. In Windows, choose Start # All Programs # Administrative Tools # Server Manager. 2. In the Security Information area of the Server Manager window, click Configure IE ESC. The Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration window appears. 3. In the Administrators and Users areas, choose both Off checkboxes. Choose the OK button
