Incorrect weights coming back from UPS

Billing weight does not match actual weight

Package size is too large.

If you have a package type with dimensions of 12x12x12 and you enter a weight of under 11 pounds and ship with UPS and it occupies the actual ship weight to 11 pounds as well as the Shipping weight UDF to 11 pounds.

You need to change your package size. With a large package UPS recognizes this and adjusts it 11 lbs because they feel the size of the package is too large for the amount of the contents. This is coming back from UPS it is not a shipeasy issue.

You need to alter the package size to something smaller.
