Unable to cancel incoming payment

Voucher has already been cashed

Credit Card Payment - Setup date ranage not set

If you have an incoming payment that was done using credit card and you cannot cancel it. When youattempt you get a message that the voucher has already been cashed.

You will not be able to cancel this incoming payment so a reversle must be done.

For future if you want to set up cancleations of Credit Card incoming payments you will nee to go to Administration>Setup>Banking>Credit Card Payment and select the Payment After Radial Button and the business will need to determine how long they want to set out the available time to cancel a CC incoming payment
