ShipEasy Module fails to load

ShipEasy says connected but there is no module and no SE buttons on forms

Missing shipping form option.

In the TWBS_SBO_Common DB open the TWBS_UPS_Company table and perform an edit top 200 rows. In the row with the company DB that you are having an issue with in the UPSObject field you will have to enter a D if you are doing shipping off of a delivery or S if you are shipping off of Sales Order
