APP fails to start

Cannot start addon message

TWBSAPP.EXE is being flagged as a virus

Go to the Addons directory in SAP ont the machine and make sure the ThirdwaveAPP.exe file is there. If it is not copy from another machine and paste it.

Restart APP and see if it starts. If it does not check to make sure the TWBSAPP.EXE was not deleted.

If the file was deleted it is being flagged as a virus and local IT will have to repair the issue
