As part of the cloud onboarding process, there is information that is needed to prepare the cloud environment.

Portal Login Please log onto Third Wave Customer Portal to start gathering the information. If you do not know your password, click the Reset Password Link or on the login page. If you are a valid user, you will receive a link to reset your password. If you are not, click here to request access.

Cloud Startup When logged in, please Expand the Project Information area and Select My Cloud Startup. The “Customer and Environment” Information will be prepopulated. Other information such as Total Cloud users, DB Type will also be prepopulated from our records. We need you to enter the following:

• SAP Version
• Is SAP Upgrade Part of Project
• Addon Names
• DB Version
• Your LAN CIDR Range
• Approx # of SAP Attachment Files
• Approx Size of SAP Attachment Folders
• MS Office Option (will be prepopulated if TWBS-Supplied SPLA license)

It will be important that you download a copy of this spreadsheet and list your cloud users and emails. Then upload a copy of the sheet to the Attach User List Files and B1 License section of the form. Third Wave will install your SAP and other software licenses to the cloud.

When this form is complete, your cloud environment will preparation will begin. It will be best to have this complete by the time payment is made and the order is sent to the cloud provider.

Your project manager will work with you on the following tasks:

1. All SAP and related software will be setup in your cloud environment
2. We will create a secure location for your SAP database backup(s). We will need you to upload those
3. If necessary, your DB(s) will be upgraded.
4. Your users will receive login instructions for all users
5. Your appointed team will perform initial testing
6. Your team leads can provided end-user training, as needed
7. We will schedule a production upgrade and go-live.
