Credit Card menu items are not visable after startup

After starting the Credit Card add-on the menu items do not appear

Access to the path `C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One\AddOns\TWBS\Third Wave Credit Card Processing\CCMenus.xml` is denied.

Make sure that user has permissions to the path `C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One\AddOns\TWBS\Third Wave Credit Card Processing\CCMenus.xml` is denied.
