APP startup causes GAPI32.DLL was not found

On starting APP receive error “This application failed to start because GAPI32.dll was not found.

On starting APP receive error “This application failed to start because GAPI32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. Missing Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects. Go to the following link. http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=1004. Download and install the application.

On Office 2010 installations place the GAPI32.dll (see attached) in the following folders.
