These pages describe the Versago Administration console page. Details for some functions are found in other pages where the content is more extensive.
End users do not have access to any functions in the Admin Console. These functions are only available to users designated as having administrative access.
The following documents contain additional information that may be helpful with understanding these processes.
This document is intended for Versago administrators. End-users do not have access to this function.
The Site Theme function is used add a logo and set a color scheme for the site. It also contains a setting for the maximum size of files that can be uploaded.
The new site “look” is automatically displayed in the lower section of the page as changes are made.
Changes to the logo and theme color will be displayed to users the next time they log into Versago.
Third Wave strongly recommends that you apply your company's logo to your Versago site if it exposed outside of your network. Although this is not mandatory it helps “brand” the site and confirms to the user that they have reached your site.
The Dynamic Content functions are used to configure the display and data capture elements of Versago.
Each of these functions (except Forms (v1) is defined in a separate Versago page.
The Home Page functions are used to configure the various elements that are displayed on the Versago home page. These functions are described here.
The User Setup functions are used to configure the various elements that define and control users in Versago. These functions are described here.
The Settings functions are used to configure various technical components that are used by Versago. Each of these functions is defined here.
The Migration Assistance functions are tools that administrators can use to transfer Versago elements (reports, forms, etc.) from one Versago instance to another. These functions are described here,
