Reports are primarily the information display component of Versago. Some special reports are used to select multiple records for processing as well.

Various tools are available in reports to aid in finding the information you need.

The results page of a report also provides a search function.

This search looks at data in all columns for whatever value string is entered. Click the X in the field to clear the search.

• Click on a single column heading to sort in ascending order based on that column. Click again to reverse the sort.
  • The small black triangle in the corner of the column heading indicates the current direction of the sort.

• To sort multiple columns, hold down the <Shift> key and click the desired column headings in the order you want things sorted.
  • Click each column again (still holding down the <Shift> key) to reverse the sort of that column.
    • Clicking a column multiple times will cycle through ascending sort, descending sort, and no sort.
  • The change in sorting affects each selected column separately and can be changed after the original selection of the column.
  • Click any column to clear all other sorts.
