Forms are the data capture component of Versago.

The Forms page provides a list of existing forms in the system

1. Click the [Add Form] button to create a new Form.
2. Click a row in the listing to edit a Form.
3. Click the [Trash] icon to delete a Form.

Use the standard icons to the search, filter and show/hide columns.
