There are two versions of the solution that can be downloaded from the customer portal under Software>Versago-Bizweaver Template content:

• VGO-BW Sales Rep SQL: SAP on SQL Server environment
• VGO-BW Sales Rep HANA: SAP HANA environment.

Please refer to the sections below for more detail information on the solution.

• Versago database connections to vgoCommon, vgoData, and SAP must be configured before import.
• Bizweaver database connections to vgoCommon, vgoData and SAP must be configured before import.
• Bizweaver connections to SAP’s Service Layer must be configured before import.
• Import the Versago package before the Bizweaver package.
• Ensure to map the correct connections when importing the VGO and BW packages.

The following objects are included in the Leads category.

• Opportunities: form to add opportunities.
  • BW Workflow integrates to SAP by creating an opportunity.

The following objects are included in the Sales category.

• Quotes: allows the rep to create a quote.
  • BW Workflow integrates to SAP by creating a Sales Quote.
• Sales Orders: allows the repo to create an order.
  • BW Workflow integrates to SAP by creating a Sales Order.

The following objects are included in the Inventory category.

• Inventory with Supply Details: data view shows detail information regarding inventory levels.

The following objects are included in the Dashboard category.

• My Pipeline: chart shows detail opportunity value for each stage of the sales process.
• Orders, Deliveries, Invoices and Credits: dashboard of charts the show rolling count for each category.
