The Versago & Bizweaver Templates provide a variety of pre-configured Data Views, Forms and Workflows that can accelerate the implementation of Versago (VGO) and Bizweaver (BW).

There are two versions of the templates that can be downloaded from the customer portal under Software>Versago-Bizweaver Template content:

• VGO-BW Template SQL: SAP on SQL Server environment
• VGO-BW Template HANA: SAP HANA environment.

Please refer to the sections below for more detail information on the content of the templates.

• Versago database connections to vgoCommon, vgoData, and SAP must be configured before import.
• Bizweaver database connections to vgoCommon, vgoData and SAP must be configured before import.
• Bizweaver connections to SAP’s Service Layer must be configured before import.
• Import the Versago package before the Bizweaver package.
• Ensure to map the correct connections when importing the VGO and BW packages.
• Copy the contents of folder SiteImages to C:\Program Files (x86)\TWBS\Versago\VersagoApp\ClientApp\build\SiteImages
• Copy the file ServiceLayerErrorResponse.txt to the path C:\ProgramData\Bizweaver\Templates\

The following objects are included in the Approvals category.

• Documents to Approve: data view that retrieves SAP marketing documents waiting for approval.
  • Sub-records
    • Documents to Approve Details: detail lines for each document.
  • Action Links
    • Approve Document: form to approve or reject a document.
• Approvals: workflow that approves or rejects SAP's marketing document .

The following objects are included in the Banking category.

• Customer Payments: payments data view that retrieves SAP AR invoices. Demonstrates Versago's payment functionality.
  • Sub-records
    • AR Invoice Details: detail lines for invoice.
• Payments: workflow that creates an SAP incoming payment.
• Payments-(SL mapper): same as above. It demonstrates the use of BW's Service Layer connector.

The following objects are included in the Business Partners category.

• Create BP: form to create an SAP business partners.
• BP Maintenance: data view that retrieves SAP business partners.
  • Sub-records
    • BP Contacts: shows list of current contacts with action links to add and update contacts.
  • Action Links
    • Update BP: form to change BP info.
• Business_Partners: workflow to create and update business partners.
• Business_Partners_Contacts: workflow to create and update business partner contacts.

The following objects are included in the Marketing Documents category.

• Add Marketing Document: form to create SAP marketing documents. Sales orders, AR invoices, purchase order, and AP invoices are included.
• Marketing_Documents: workflow to create marketing documents. The following types have been implemented

The following objects are included in the Versago category.

• Data View Calendar: demonstrates Versago's calendar functionality.
• Data View Chart: demonstrates Versago's charting functionality.
• Data View Crystal Reports: demonstrates Versago's integration with Crystal Reports.
• Data View with Image: demonstrates Versago's image handling.
• PTO Request: form that demonstrated Versago custom validation capabilities for data capture.
• Dashboard: demonstrates Versago's dashboard functionality.

The following objects are included in the Versago Admin category.

• Account Filters: retrieves account filters used in data views.
• Data View Links: retrieves action links configured in data views.
• Lookup in Forms: retrieves lookup data views used in forms.
