Unable to login to SAP
Symptom
Client can only login after entering the SAP IP address
Cause
Incorrect Active Directory Permissions
Resolution Notes
When client logs into SAP company a second box appears to enter the IP address. This is caused by the users A/D permissions not set correctly. User will have to contact their companies A/D administrator and set the correct permissions.
