Issue
B1 2005 SP1 PL 26 upgrade error
Symptom
Application has failed to start because the MSVCRTD.dll was not found. REinstalling the application may fix this problem
Cause
B1 Upgrade issue.
Resolution Notes
This error is caused by a bug in the B1 PL 26 upgrade process. The addon would have worked perfectly fine on a prior PL level. This issue impacts any addon that uses the DI API. SAP is aware of this issue. Here are the options to get this resolved:
1. Submit a High priority ticket with SAP support. They will give you the procedure to resolve it. 2. The less desirable option is to roll back your PL level to the previous level of B1.
