Issue
Unable to refund Credit Card
Symptom
No valid ID. Not linked to an invoice
Cause
Authorize.net not set to credit an unlinked transaction.
Resolution Notes
Contact Authorize.net to allow credits not linked to an invoice or link the transaction to an invoice.
Clients will need to request from auth.net that they be able to process unlinked credit memos and they will have to fill out and submit the form from http://www.authorize.net/files/ecc.pdf.
