Issue
The Field is too small to accept the data or Error 100000004-Unknown Session when addon load
Symptom
Error when CrystalWave is started
Cause
1) DI API is not installed. 2) Incorrect version of DI API installed. 3) The DI API install folder does not have the enough permission
Resolution Notes
Make sure the DI API is installed and the DI API install folder has proper permissions
