Symptom
Error message no matching records found in business partner odbc 2028 Message 131-183
Cause
Known SAP bug in SAP 8.81
Resolution Notes
This issue is a known bug in this version of SAP as described in SAP note 1754868. The solution that they have provided is to upgrade to version 8.82. They have provided a work around and that is to place an * after you have typed the first couple of characters of the BP name, i.e. ch* or man*.
