Issue
PAS Task Removal
Symptom
removed a task from a project. The tasks did not have any actual time posted to it. Iit did have budgetted time and expense. We can`t see the task , it adds the time and cost budget in to the total project and shows it on reports
Cause
Task may not have been removed but may have been closed
Resolution Notes
Check the ‘Exclude Closed Projects/Tasks’ check box at the top of the Project Task Maintenance screen. If it is checked, uncheck it and see if the task becomes visible in the lower part of the screen. If it becomes visible you can then either change the budget numbers or remove the task.
