Issue
Can`t launch MCM Template
Symptom
StartIndex cannot be less then 0 message
Cause
Wrong version or Adobe Acrobat not installed properly
Resolution Notes
1. Adobe X or better must be installed on the PC
2. Registry will need to be edited. Edit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Software>Classes>AcroExch.Document>Shell>Open>Command change the executable to read AcroRd32.exe
i.e. “C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe” “%1”
