Possibly due to older version of DI API dll
Resolution Notes
1) go to Start » Run 2) Type %temp% and hit enter 3) Delete file SM_OBS_DLL 4) Restart CrystalWave
If not fixed, look in My Documents » TWBS » CrystalWave for any CW startup errors
