Issue
List buttons do not appear
Symptom
When in a BP or marketing document the list button that is normally on the right side of the column does not appear
Cause
Selection is de-activateed.
Resolution Notes
The Picker Display option has been deselected for the user. Pickers are enabled in View > Pickers Display. The one you want is “List Selection.” It can be difficult to determine if this is selected as it looks like it indents but is hard to tell. Make sure that option is selected.
