Issue
Numbering Series has not been defined.
Symptom
To generate this document, first define the numbering series in the Admininstration module
Cause
User needs to be assigned proper permissions.
Resolution Notes
Go to Administration>System Initialization>Authorizations>General Authorizations. In the Authorizations screen select your user and go to Administration>System Initialization>Numbering Series and grant him Full Authorizations.
