Creating a Document with Batches using Task Centre

Create a SQL query calculating the sequential line number. This can be done using the ROW_NUMBER() function. i.e. (ROW_NUMBER() OVER (ORDER BY ItemCode ASC)*1)-1

Sample SQL Query: select GETDATE() DocDate, ItemCode, WhsCode, Quantity,

    (ROW_NUMBER() OVER (ORDER BY ItemCode ASC)*1)-1 as LineNumber,  DistNumber

from …

Then in the SAP Business One Connector on the Batch Number tab map the following fields from the query:

1. Quantity to Quantity
2. LineNumber to BaseLinNum
3. DistNumber to BatchNum
