Issue
Get message, “Transaction cannot be accepted” when updating SO or Delivery
Symptom
When you choose to change the Billing Option UDF to one of the options, Third Party, Shipper, etc. you get error message
Cause
Incorrect or changed Transaction Key.
Resolution Notes
Check with customer to see if they implemented or are implementing an e-commerce solution or made some other change to their auth.net account.
It is likely that although the login ID has not changed the Transaction Key was changed to accomodate this.
Get the correct Transaction Key and insert it into the Credit Card Configuration.
