10000004 or Field is too small to accept data or COM related errors. CrystalWave
Symptom
Cause
Incorrect version of DI API installed or DI API is not installed at all.
Resolution Notes
Fixed by Install or reinstall of the correct DI API and making sure DI API folder has proper permissions.
I. DI API not installed II. Incorrect version of DI API installed (Check C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One DI API\DI API 2007\SAPbobsCOM2007.dll or C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP BusinessOne\DI API\2007\SAPbobsCOM2007.dll) III. DI API folder (C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One DI API) does not have permissions
After doing the steps above do the following: Stop and restart both the CrystalWave Database Service & the License Service (this is only in older versions).
