Issue
Activity on Print not being created
Symptom
You select create activity on print in the Report Def menu but it does not get created.
Cause
Print type in the Activity screen has a value of 0
Resolution Notes
The issue with the Activity not being created on Printing of a Report at is hat the Print type in the Activity screen has a value of 0, which is unusual for an SAP DB. This is the cause of the failure. The attached document outlines the steps to rename the old Print Activity type and create a new Print Activity type with will assign a value > 0 and resolve their issue.
