Contact Preferences are Greyed out in Advanced Delivery when using BP form

Unable to select Process Based on Contact Prefernces

Normal SAP functionality a work around is proposed.

when you run Advanced Delivery from APP Reports and you select Business Partner as your Select Form, select any document, fill in the fields and conditions Process based on Contact Preference is greyed out and no longer an option.

This is normal SAP behaviour. A work around it to add a UDF to the form that would hold the numeric value of the desired BP Contact, you will be able to populate that UDF field in some manner (formatted search, manual entry, etc.), update the form registration in APP to refer to that UDF in the Contact Person field, and then the functionality that you are looking for should be enabled.
