Task Centre Crystal Report object configuration

Error Msg: Could not load Crystal Reports. Please check that a supported version is installed and available.

Resolution Notes
The error message is received when attempting to import a crystal report into the CR object in a task, despite the fact that crystal is loaded on the machine as part of the Business One install. The runtime install from the TC configurator will not work as well under this circumstance. Task Centre changed their licensing model to require that the runtime be purchased since Aug 2013 based on SAP`s request and this behavior is present even when Crystal is licensed through SAP.
