Issue

Addon does not load

Symptom

Addon starts up & connects SAP and immedietly disconnects

Cause

The windows service used by MICR app to get database credentials was not operational

Resolution Notes

How to Fix:

1. Open the MICR database server program on the SQL server. 2. Click “Uninstall Service”. 3. Once complete, click the “Install Service” button. 4. Restart the addon.
