Issue
APP E-Mails addressed to Sales Person does not work
Symptom
Sending E-Mails from APP addressed to the Sales Person the e-mail address is blank in the drafts folder
Cause
Sales Employee Configuration.
Resolution Notes
To resolve this issue you must set the Sale Person up in the Sales Employees/Buyers Setup screen.
To do this go to Administration>Setup>General>Sales Employees/Buyers
Once the screen opens go to the last column on the right, it will be titled CW Sales Person Email. Put the e-mail in the column and then APP will send to the Sales Person correctly.
