Cockpit windows are empty
Symptom
Cockpit windows are present but no widgets show up
Cause
Cockpit uses IE funcitonality and pop up blocker or toolbars may block the widgets from showing.
Resolution Notes
Disable any pop up blocker
Enable Active X controls to allow widgets to populate
