Issue
Data Transfer Workbench not working
Symptom
Getting connection error
Cause
Login Credentials
Resolution Notes
Open DTW and click on logon.
Click on the Set Server button, in the dialogue screen enter the SQL server login credentials and click OK>
Click on the Change User button and enter the users SAP login credentials and select the DB they want to connect to.
You should receive a message in the bottom right that you are connected.
