DEK will not load in TWBS CC Config

When clicking on the PCI compliance upgrade it remains red

@TWBS_CC_CONFIG table fails to populate.

When you you click the PCI compliance upgrade it looks like it completes and in the log file it states that it has completed but the icon remains red and does not go green.

When you open the TWBS CC conigurator the DEK line is blank.

In SQL open the DB and edit the @TWBS_CC_CONFIG table. If there are no entries in the table or if all of the entreis are NULL enter 0 in the code and name column. Go back out and run the PCI Compliance Upgrade on the DB server again and check the CC Configurator. The DEK should now be populated and you can complete the Credit Card Installlation.
