Cause
This can occur if third party FSE add-on is running
Resolution Notes
The error usually occurs when the Lot Bin Form XML Content field is not Visible and Active for this form. Go into Form Settings (the Gear icon at the top of the screen), find that field and set it to Visible and Active and update the setting.
