Issue
Report Printing to incorrect printer
Symptom
A printer is selected in Printing Preferences but report prints to default printer
Cause
Incorrect setup in Crystal Reports
Resolution Notes
When you print a report that you have set up for a specific printer you click print and the report prints to the default printer instead of the printer you have designated in Printing Preferences.
Open the report up in Crystal Reports
Select Page Setup
at the bottom make sure that Use No Printer is unchecked.
Save the report and test.
