Issue

Incoming Payments not created in batch processing

Symptom

Credit card transaction is settled but Incoming Payment is not created (non-superuser)

Cause

User is not authorized to access Downpayment Invoices

Resolution Notes

This issue occurs only when the user is not a super-user. The credit card transaction is settled but Incoming Payment is not created and no messages are raised.

CC log file includes the following text:

2/17/2015 10:04:45 AM System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0xFFFFF448): The logged-on user does not have permission to use this object

The user must have full access to Downpayment Invoices, even if they are not being used.
