TaskCentre Tools for SAP Business One Installation Fails on Registration

Installation of TaskCentre Tools for SAP Business One fails on registration step with the following error “Unable to locate customer record. If the product is unable to connect to the license server within 30 days the tools will cease to work. License keys will need to be registered manually with your reseller.”

Solution: 1. Confirm Company Name with Fisher Technologies 2. Update the Registry Entry with the correct company name under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Codestone\TaskCentre Tools for SAP Business One\CompanyName

On a 32bit OS: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Codestone

On a 64bit OS: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Codestone

Add the Following DWORD value Name: ForceLicenseCheck Value 1

The next time a connector step is run it will update the license. I would recommend either deleting the key afterwards or setting the value to 0.
