Issue
Unable to add a service Purchase Order (PO)
Symptom
“Amount exceeds annual budget for account …….”
Cause
Permissions issue
Resolution Notes
Check settings under Administration → System Initialization → General Settings –> Budget tab. It is probably set to `Block Deviation from Budget`. You can update this setting to Warning or No Warning if you do not want to block. Otherwise you will need to update budget for account or cancel PO.
In user authorizations go to Financials>Budget Setup and give full authorizations to Confirm Budget Deviation.
