All butttons grayed out
Cause
Service Startup Type
Resolution Notes
SBO Mailer Service remains “Starting” but never starts.
Solution: Startup Type for the SBO Mailer Service should be set to Automatic (Delayed Start)
B1mail.exe process will need to be killed first
Server reboot may be required and service should connect
