Migration of Customer Data Fails with APP 9.2

APP: Cannot resolve the collation conflict between “SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS” and “SQL_Latin1_General_CP850_CI_AS” in the equal to operation

Corruption in DB

1) Need to change collation of the customer database to SQL_Latin1_General_CP850_CI_AS. Direct collation change didn`t work. I had to make the database work as single user mode first, then reset collation and then again change the database to multi user mode. (a backup of the database will be good before this operation.) SQL queries used to change collation: ALTER DATABASE [database] SET SINGLE_USER WITH ROLLBACK IMMEDIATE; GO ALTER DATABASE [database] COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP850_CI_AS ; GO ALTER DATABASE [database] SET MULTI_USER; GO 2) Next step is to remove the APP tables which were created with the SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS collation. New APP tables will be created in B1 database. Then it will be prompted for migration from TWBS_SBO-common and can continue accordingly.
